Meeting Minutes for 24/5/09

1. Money - for trainings, equipment, costumes etc.
The deadline for Sports Reps to submit the budget proposal is 3 weeks from now on 22nd June 09. In your proposal, please include detailed costs. We are also planning to collect a small fee (maybe RM5) from each house member to support our vast expenditures; Persons In Charge are the Treasurer and Faculty Reps. Will update you further later.

2. The deadline to submit the player roster (finalised list of players) is 13th July 09. The house committee will be contacting everyone to try to get them to participate in IMU Cup games. In the mean time, start recruiting your players and start training asap!! Preferably by this week, ya? Let's try to kick start things a bit. :)

3. Please update the house committee by email on everything that you do including all training and practice sessions. These updates will be posted on the blog, imutaurus.blogspot.com.

4. The format for the IMU Cup events are not out yet as the IMU Cup Committee hasn't been formed. Refer to the previous years' format as a rough guideline.
